- Ben Martinez, SPHR is a Human Resource Manager for a mid size CPG company in St. Louis, MO. Ben loves everything from succession planning to diagnosing processes to improve bottom line results. He believes every business meeting has a “hidden elephant” in the room and will do his best to call it out. He takes this same approach with interviewing. He has 10+ years of human resource leadership experience, across multiple industries, in both corporate, field, and plant environments- so he knows what goes on in both sides of a corporation.
